About the Role
We're hiring an Employer Executive to build and support our network of U.S. and Canadian employers who hire international seasonal staff and interns.
This role is perfect for someone who is:
• A natural relationship builder
• Outgoing and confident speaking with new people
• Sales-driven, but with care for our mission
• Motivated to make the right matches between employers and participants
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
• A strong multitasker with a "get it done" attitude
• Able to work independently while still being a great team collaborator
• Passionate about cultural exchange and youth mobility
What You'll Do
Build & Grow Employer Relationships
• Reach out to new employers and introduce the benefits of hiring international staff
• Build friendly, trust-based relationships with employer partners
• Support employers in listing opportunities on our platforms
• Guide new employers through onboarding and program requirements
Manage Employer Accounts
• Own a portfolio of employers throughout the hiring season
• Keep employers informed, engaged, and ready for seasonal recruitment cycles
• Manage job listings, reactivate seasonal positions, and conduct seasonal hiring reviews with key employers
• Collect and share employer feedback to help shape future improvements
• Share employer/job updates with sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Ensure placements follow visa and sponsor compliance requirements
Support Operations & Systems
• Maintain accurate job and employer data in our systems
• Assist with process improvements and employer-facing workflows
• Contribute to general program support and administrative tasks
• Attend internal meetings and participate in occasional travel for employer visits
What We're Looking For
We hire for attitude, work ethic, and passion. Degrees are welcome but not required.
You'd be a strong match if you:
• Have 2+ years of professional experience
• Enjoy talking to people and building genuine connections
• Are comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and sales-style conversations
• Stay organized and pay attention to the details
• Can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Are proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated
• Communicate clearly in writing, in meetings, and on video
• Care about cultural exchange and helping young travelers succeed
• Work well independently while staying aligned with a remote team
Bonus Points For:
• B2B account management experience
• Recruitment or staffing experience
• Experience working with students or in university environments
