The Auth0 Delivery Enablement & Operations (DEO) team is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional delivery of one of our most critical portfolios of work: B2B SaaS. We are looking for someone with a passion for technology, security and operational excellence.

The Staff Technical Program Manager Opportunity

You will partner with product and engineering leaders in the Auth0 Product Unit to successfully plan and execute strategic programs, with a focus on B2B solutions. You are a natural leader with a growth mindset who has shepherded cross-functional teams, reaching across organizational silos and knocking down barriers to help deliver highly complex initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Orchestrate the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex programs focused on closing competitive gaps and enabling superior user experiences
  • Guide cross-functional teams to rapidly release innovative features while maintaining operational excellence and world-class security
  • Coordinate planning, prioritization, and technical decision-making processes. Proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies in collaboration with DEO peers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across engineering, product, and other stakeholders to ensure that programs advance business objectives

What you'll bring to the role

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field
  • 6+ years of technical program management experience with significant focus on B2B SaaS solutions
  • Verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and to lead using influence 
  • Excellence in identifying and managing risks across multiple technical projects simultaneously
  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
  • Skill in translating technical requirements to practical implementation strategies

And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following

  • Demonstrated experience in driving platform feature development focused on extensibility and deep customization (e.g., configurable APIs, extensible UI) specifically for a B2B SaaS developer audience.
  • Proven ability to manage programs that deliver enterprise-grade requirements such as advanced auditing, regulatory compliance readiness, and features supporting complex B2B environments (e.g., Universal Logout, SCIM).
  • Deep technical knowledge and delivery experience with core identity standards (e.g., OpenID Connect, SAML) and accelerating their adoption to simplify B2B integration workflows.

This role requires in-person onboarding and travel to our Toronto office during the first week of employment.

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Canada is between: $131,000—$197,000 CAD
