General Commitments

  • This role is working outdoors during daytime hours, with a mixture of inside and outside work. No overnight shifts.
  • Helping GreenCo's commercial clients with support at their facilities during the week. Duties to include tending to flowers, watering plants, shovelling snow, litter pickup, general facility upkeep.
  • Work location is downtown, near Manitoba Legislature Building.
  • The selected applicant must be able to commit to being on-call and available for snowfall responses every second weekend
  • Dress Code - The selected applicant is expected to always be dressed in professional, appropriate winter clothing at all times. Darker colours are also encouraged. Sweatpants are not permitted.
  • Other duties as assigned and trained, such as litter pickup, etc

Estimated Schedule: Monday to Friday - 6am to 2pm

Every Other Weekend - On-Call for snowfall responses

Estimated Wages:

Depending on experience and performance, wages are likely to start at $20/hr with regular raises up to $23-25/hr+ based on clearly defined performance standards within the first year. GreenCo also offers monthly performance bonuses that equal several hundred dollars for high-performing team members

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
