Georgetown Chevrolet Buick GMC is now seeking an experienced JR Parts Counter Representative to complement our winning Parts team. We are looking for a highly motivated, sales driven, team player to help maintain and grow our busy Parts Department. This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive, process driven dealership that is dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will be an Parts Representative with a positive attitude, attention to detail, sales experience, be committed to creating an exceptional experience for customers, and an excellent working environment for all employees.

Position Qualifications:

  • Passion for creating an exceptional customer experience and operating with the utmost integrity
  • Previous leadership experience with a franchised automotive dealership
  • Desire for growth in sales and efficiency
  • Ability to work well with technicians, apprentices and all service employees
  • Inventory management and customer relation skills
  • Process driven with organization and prioritization abilities
  • Attention to detail in correct ordering and distribution of automotive parts
  • Knowledge of purchasing, parts sales, and wholesale processes
  • High initiative and high energy with outstanding engagement and communication skills
  • Impeccable follow-through and commitment to quality service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
