The role oversees faculty-wide initiatives to support teaching excellence through digital learning technologies, educational media, and IT infrastructure.
The position is responsible for educational technology outreach and strategic input, facilitation and consulting services to enable faculty and students to teach and learn using educational technology. Leadership and expertise in creating and curating compelling learning pathways for hybrid, blended and fully online course delivery are primary deliverables of the position.
The position works in partnership with other members of the CTLT team and educational stakeholders across various programs to ensure that educational resources and technologies are applied appropriately, effectively, consistently and sustainably to support the achievement of educational outcomes. The incumbent ensures all deliverables are in alignment with the Faculty's strategic priorities, particularly in experiential and collaborative education.
