We're looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our sales team and help drive growth through outreach, lead generation, and partner care. This role will work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Marketing Lead to align strategies and ensure cohesive efforts to grow our global presence.
You Are
As the
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
, you are the first point of contact for prospective partners interested in our REV technology. You thrive in connecting with people; whether that's reaching out to new prospects, following up on trade show contacts, or checking in with existing partners.
You're a strong communicator, goal-driven, and detail-oriented, ensuring every lead is tracked, followed up on, and handed off seamlessly to our BDMs. You excel at building relationships, keeping communication clear, and supporting the sales team with everything they need to succeed.
This is a high-energy, fast-paced role where your persistence and creativity directly contribute to EnWave's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries and targeted outreach
- Identify high-potential businesses globally within assigned regions
- Build and execute outreach sequences in HubSpot CRM
- Engage prospects by phone and email to start conversations
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
- Track outreach activity and follow up consistently
- Assist BDMs with document creation, presentations, and lead generation support
- Manage collaborative documents (MNDAs, quotes, contracts) and sales processes
- Participate in sales meetings and strategy development
Partner Care
- Handle partner inquiries and relay important updates to BDMs
- Proactively connect with partners on a regular cadence for check-ins
- Maintain strong client relationships and monitor contract progress
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or related outbound sales role
- Proficiency in
HubSpot CRM
is required; knowledge of Trello and MS Office preferred - Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Confident with cold outreach, goal-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn and grow within a supportive team
- Goal-oriented with a long-term commitment to contributing to company growth
- Understanding of the food/food tech industry (preferred, not required)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
