Regional Account Coordinator (Remote)

As a leader in innovative smart waste technology and value-added solutions, we are expanding our Regional Accounts team and looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused individual to join us as a Regional Account Coordinator.

Job Description:

The Account Coordinator supports the Business Development, National Accounts, and Account Management teams.

Job Type:Existing Vacancy

Responsibilities:

  • New Account Setup
  • Billing Setup
  • CRM data management
  • Document management
  • Assist with Account transitions from Sales to Account Management
  • Prepare spreadsheets for analysis on sales opportunities
  • Implement sales opportunities for new clients
  • Coordinate with Vendor Relations with RFQ process

Requirements:

  • Experience working as an Account Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to problem solve.
  • Organizational and time-management skills
