Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our events run smoothly and that guests have an unforgettable experience. This position requires a strong background in the food industry, hospitality, and customer service.

Duties

  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and decorations.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Assist with food preparation and ensure all food safety standards are met during service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure tables are promptly cleared after use.
  • Provide excellent guest services by addressing any requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and adherence to menu specifications.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

  • Previous restaurant or hotel experience is preferred, with a focus on banquet or catering services.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Experience in hospitality or guest services is highly valued.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated during events.

Pay: $17.20 per hour
