Job Location:

Enjoy a hybrid model working while visiting client locations or working within our TPG's main office is located at 703 Evans Court, Etobicoke, Ontario. There is also an opportunity to work from home within our hybrid model.

• We love data as much as you Gather and interpret data to execute analysis and translate into meaningful insights.
  
• Present findings to your team members and clients directly and contribute to story-telling via PowerPoint. 
  
• Process map operational components of client businesses via Visio
  
• Additionally, you can contribute to a growing management consulting business through internal process improvement projects related to the growth of TPG, pro bono consulting work for non-profit organizations, pipeline and sales development, marketing, and/or any other business skill sets you wish to apply, improve upon, or develop, as required.

Requirements

What is TPG looking for? 

Candidates who take deep personal accountability for their work, have a passion for excellence, are driven to achieve their full potential, and understand the value of building relationships with clients and team members will excel in this role. Here are the specifics of requirements: 

• Completed an Industrial Engineering or Engineering Science by 2026
  
• Understanding of basic quality methods, statistical problem-solving techniques, Six Sigma, and Lean analytical tools
  
• Exceptional data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel
  
• Experience with VBA, Power BI and Tableau is recommended 
  
• Experience with process mapping and Visio is desired
  
• Results oriented with a high capacity and desire for learning 
  
• Ability to multi-task and handle ambiguous problems and take action to solve them 
  
• Strong communicator with impeccable presentation skills
