Our dental clinic located in Hamilton, is looking for an experienced Dental Assistants to work on a full-time including evenings and alternate Saturday.

The Dental Assistant, under the direction of the Office Manager, will primarily be responsible for preparing for and assisting with dental and oral procedures. The Dental Assistant's duties include but not limited to:

  • Greet and prepare patients for dental exams and procedures.
  • Be required to use a variety of dental equipment and machines.
  • Be required to maintain patient files, book appointments and follow-up with patients.
  • Be responsible for infection control procedures
  • Be responsible for cleaning, and maintaining dental equipment, tools and instruments and ensuring necessary items are stocked.
  • Requirements:
  • Dental Assistant Diploma
  • Good Patient Care
  • Be HARP Approved

Minimum Requirements:

· Dental Assistant Level II

· HARP certified

· CPR

·

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Dental Assisting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Certified Dental Assistant in Ontario (required)

Work Location: In person
