Job Description

To lead end-to-end supply chain risk management efforts for the company. By systematically identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks, this role aims to enhance supply chain resilience, ensure business continuity, and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Risk Identification & Assessment:
    • Establish and maintain a comprehensive supply chain risk framework to systematically identify risks, including but not limited to geopolitical issues, market fluctuations, supplier financial health, logistics disruptions, quality compliance, and natural disasters.
    • Lead regular risk mapping and scenario analysis to evaluate the likelihood and potential business impact of risks, prioritizing them accordingly.
  2. Risk Mitigation & Business Continuity Planning:
    • Develop, implement, and maintain effective mitigation strategies and contingency plans for critical risks.
    • Promote supplier diversification strategies by developing and managing alternative suppliers and logistics routes to reduce single-source dependencies.
    • Ensure business continuity plans for critical materials and services are in place, regularly tested, and updated.
  3. Process Optimization & Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with plant procurement planning, logistics, SQM, and production departments to embed risk management processes into daily operations.
    • Lead supply chain traceability initiatives to enhance transparency.
    • Regularly report to management on supply chain risk status, mitigation progress, and key performance indicators.
  4. Supplier Risk Management:
    • Oversee SCM risk assessments for key and strategic suppliers
    • Collaborate with suppliers to develop and monitor the execution of their risk mitigation and business continuity plans.
Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or similar

2.Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the operation of Supply Chain Management (Source, Make, Deliver, Material Flow & Warehouse, within at least 3 years drive specific processes for Supplier

3. Experience in leading project, supply shortage management

4. Experience in leading virtual cross function

5. "at least one project with multicultural environment with global impact

6.Work in projects with international team members"

7. Have advanced knowledge and experience on Legal knowledge & Project management & Supplier Chain Management (Supplier side) & Moderation and presentation & Problem solving & Negotiation skill & Resistance to pressure

8. Have the professional knowledge of Incoterms and be good at it

9. Excellent English speaking and writing
