Responsibilities include:

- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on various types of machinery and equipment

- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues

- Conducting inspections to identify potential problems and recommending necessary repairs

- Using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete repairs

- Reading and interpreting schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals

- Collaborating with other mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs

- Maintaining accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours

Skills required:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude in proficiently troubleshooting outdoor power equipment with emphasis on chainsaws, blowers, cutoff saws, and lawn maintenance equipment from manufacturers like Stihl and Husqvarna

- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

- Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 45 per week
