Have you ever wanted to build your own private practice — with full support behind you?

We're expanding our Counselling Team at our NW Calgary location and are currently seeking a Registered Psychologist or Registered Social Worker to join us for weekend-only hours.

At Shelly Qualtieri & Associates Counselling & Coaching, we're a locally owned, community-based practice dedicated to helping children, teens, adults, couples, and families find their happiness through practical, bite-sized strategies. We value connection, compassion, and meaningful results — for both our clients and our team.

What You Bring

  • Registration in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) or the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW)
  • Proof of professional liability insurance, criminal background check, and child intervention check
  • A passion for helping clients make meaningful, lasting change
  • Availability for Saturdays and/or Sundays (8–15 hours per weekend)
  • Ability to respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and provide free 30-minute consultations for fit
