Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family medicine (primary care) and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care under physician supervision.

Position Details:

Schedule: Once a week, every Saturday

Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care support to patients of all ages.
  • Conduct patient assessments, gather histories, perform focused exams, and assist in developing treatment plans.
  • Collaborate closely with the supervising physician to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Assist with minor procedures as appropriate for PA scope of practice.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation using EMR/Oscar.

Qualifications:

  • Current registration/certification as a Physician Assistant in Ontario (CCPA or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in family medicine or primary care preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and familiarity with primary care workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with EMR/Oscar.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative practice with the supervising physician.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
