Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Assistant located in Markham, ON. The Financial Assistant will perform a variety of day-to-day financial tasks, including preparing and managing invoices, assisting with accounting processes, and supporting financial operations. The role also involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and communicating clearly with team members and clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Finance and Accounting skills, with the ability to manage invoicing processes
  • Proficient Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and preparing detailed reports
  • Excellent Communication skills for effectively collaborating with clients and internal teams
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools is an asset
  • CSC and CPH
  • Previous experience in a financial assistant or similar role is an advantage but not mandatory
