Overview:

Our support staff helps provide a care free and smooth running operation for us to better serve our clientele. ****We are looking for someone who has experience working in a salon or who is either currently in school or has finished school for cosmetology. ****

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and maintain schedules
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

-Assist with washing clients.

  • Daily chores to maintain a clean work environment. (laundry, sweeping etc.)

Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries politely and efficiently
  • Proficient in typing and data entry
  • Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation
  • Excellent proofreading skills for written correspondence
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Must be fluent in English

- Must have experience working in a salon, or washing clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
