Reporting to the Assistant Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative / Restricted Auto Broker is responsible for our customer experience. If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a supportive environment where learning is encouraged, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You will Do
- Be a key contact for motor license and auto fund insurance transactions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by offering clear and trusted guidance.
- Evaluate and process changes to client auto insurance needs.
- Handle client invoicing, payments, and data entry with accuracy.
- Manage documents, filing, scanning, and record keeping.
- Answer incoming phone calls and ensure a positive client experience.
- Support office operations by monitoring supplies and maintaining a tidy, professional environment.
- Provide backup support for other CSRs or brokers at the Debden office.
- Assist with community-facing events such as open houses.
- Contribute to team success with a willingness to help where needed.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and learning new software systems.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Restricted Auto Broker License (or interest in completing training—licensing support provided).
- Minimum of Grade 12 high school diploma or equivalency.
- A commitment to client-first service.
