Full-Time Nanny & Household Manager (Toronto, ON)

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Compensation: $25–$32 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (with flexibility as needed)

We're a warm, busy family in Toronto looking for a caring, organized, and dependable Nanny & Household Manager to join our home. We value reliability, kindness, and initiative — and we're looking for someone who enjoys helping a household run smoothly while bringing calm and consistency to each day.

Our family is seeking support not only with childcare but also with everyday household tasks such as meal prep, laundry, and errands. The ideal candidate will take pride in helping to create a comfortable, well-run home where everyone can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Childcare

  • Provide attentive, engaging care for one school-aged child. (2.5 years)
  • Assist with morning and after-school routines, including school drop-offs/pickups or activity coordination.
  • Create, Organize and Supervise fun & educational montesorri-esque activities during playtime, and enrichment activities.
  • Prepare healthy snacks and simple nutritious meals for the child.
  • Help with age-appropriate training and possibility of bath time & night routine.

Household Management

  • Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying common areas, organizing).
  • Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
  • Managing household supplies and errands as needed.
  • Helping to maintain a smooth daily rhythm for the household.
  • Helping with care of cats and one rabbit.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a nanny, family assistant, or household manager (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license an asset (not required).
  • CPR/First Aid certification that is Up to Date (or willingness to obtain).
  • ECE preferred (not required).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
