We're seeking a
Senior Program Manager
to lead the implementation, management, and evaluation of enterprise-wide
ERP/SAP programs
. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in
SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, Ariba, Concur, and Workforce Software
, with a proven record of delivering complex transformations in large organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ERP/SAP initiatives, upgrades, and integrations across HR, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Advise leadership on ERP architecture, scalability, and strategic alignment.
  • Mentor cross-functional teams and oversee change management (Waterfall, Agile, PROSCI).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful data migration and business process alignment.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years
    in ERP/SAP projects, including
    4+ years
    leading large-scale implementations.
  • Strong background in
    SuccessFactors
    ,
    S/4HANA
    , and system integration.
  • Expertise in
    project/program management methodologies
    (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, PROSCI).
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Mandatory Certifications

Degree in Business, Commerce, or IT

PMP + one of: PMI-ACP / CSM / PSM I

SAP Certification (Proof required)

Nice to Have:
PROSCI Certification
