Junior Construction Estimator / Sales Consultant:

Aaron Lee Renovations is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Estimator / Sales Consultant to join our growing team. As a key member of our pre-construction department, you will assist in calculating and preparing cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, and analyzing project plans and specifications for various construction projects. This entry level position is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their skills and grow with our company.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Customer interaction & Services

· Scheduling Site Visits

· Performing detailed take-offs to determine what is required for a project.

· Estimating the probable costs of materials, labor, equipment and subcontractors based on project drawings, specifications & site visits.

· Sourcing quotes and pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.

· Preparation and assembly of estimates, tender documents, bids and proposals.

· Organizing and maintaining detailed records for all estimates and project documents

· Attending site visits to gain a better understanding of project scope and logistics

· Taking proper measurements and making accurate sketches to be able price the job according to the specifications.

· Using different computer applications such as Windows operating system, Excel, Microsoft 365 as well as drawing software

This is an entry level position. We are willing to train the right candidate who has the required foundational skills for the position of Junior Construction Estimator / Sales Consultant.

**Required Skills for this position:

An understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques is essential

Must be organized & detail oriented

Have very strong problem-solving skills as well as good time management skills

Able to multi-task and keep track of large amounts of information

Have a sharp eye for detail

Strong math & communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Must be able to work at heights for measuring larger projects, and roofs accurately.

Proficiency in using Windows operating system, Excel, Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Teams.

Valid driver's license & own reliable vehicle. Must be able to speak, read & write English.
