Support Directors with loans across the region and special projects as needed.
Develop marketing initiatives and materials to promote lending products to member credit unions.
Help establish and maintain strategic relationships with partners and financial institutions to expand commercial and mortgage capabilities for credit unions.
Support the development and implementation of new lending products and recommend policy changes as needed.

3–5 years of commercial lending experience, with a focus on real estate transactions, including construction financing and term lending.
Proven ability to source new business and negotiate credit facilities within the risk and pricing parameters of Central and the credit unions.
Strong analytical skills to gather and review information required for underwriting commercial credits and presenting for approval.
Solid understanding of underwriting supporting documents, including financial statements, appraisals, environmental reports, geotechnical assessments, property condition reports, and project monitoring reports.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
