The opportunity for a Full-time, career-oriented Sales Specialist- keyholder to support the growing business in Ontario. The primary function of a Sales Specialist is to provide excellent customer service and act as an ambassador for La Canadienne.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a loyal clientele base by consistently acquiring new customers, developing existing clients, and maintaining loyal client.
  • Achieve positive results in personal sales by focusing on relationship selling, and offering exemplary customer service.
  • In-depth product knowledge skills and familiarity of current collections that are in-store and on-line
  • Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of Luxury Retail Sales experience
  • Strong customer service and selling experience
  • Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial
  • Collaborates well with others in a team-oriented environment
  • Capable of resolving customer issues
  • Aware of current fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
