We are hiring a Marketing Lead who will take ownership of marketing execution, B2B sales coordination, partnerships, and day-to-day team operations. You will help drive user growth, build local relationships, support ongoing content and campaign output, and strengthen Moonlite's presence in Manitoba and across Canada.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is process-driven, enjoys organizing and coordinating teams, and wants to play a meaningful part in building a global AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Coordination

  • Manage and execute weekly marketing and social content schedules.
  • Support influencer and ambassador program operations.
  • Coordinate with media producers and creative contractors.
  • Build performance dashboards, track KPIs, and report on growth data.
  • Assist in refining marketing messaging and campaign strategy.

Sales & Partnership Support

  • Manage and track the B2B sales pipeline.
  • Conduct outreach to local businesses, agencies, schools, and organizations.
  • Schedule demos, prepare materials, and support closing multi-month B2B packages.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Winnipeg's creative and business communities.

Operations & Team Coordination

  • Maintain team workflows, task systems, and Notion dashboards.
  • Support weekly planning, meeting agendas, and deliverable tracking.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across product, marketing, and sales.
  • Improve internal processes and help build repeatable systems for scale.

Growth Activities

  • Assist with community-building efforts and educational outreach.
  • Help refine our user acquisition funnels and retention strategies.
  • Analyze user data, market behavior, and trends to inform decision-making.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6 months, you will:

  • Establish predictable weekly operations across marketing and sales
  • Grow our B2B pipeline and local partnerships significantly
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality social and content output
  • Build and maintain detailed dashboards for performance tracking
  • Strengthen Moonlite's footprint in Winnipeg's creative, educational, and business sectors
