Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Professional Driver (DZ) position located in Scarborough, ON. The role involves the transportation of recycling and waste materials using designated vehicles. Daily responsibilities include operating trucks safely, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations, and providing exceptional customer service when interacting with clients. The Professional Driver is also expected to uphold the company's safety and operational standards during all assignments.

Qualifications

  • Truck Driving and CDL Class A license (Minimum 3 years experience)
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience handling and operating trucks for waste or recycling collection
  • Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and minor maintenance tasks
  • Commitment to health, safety, and environmental practices
  • Familiarity with Scarborough, ON routes and local regulations is a plus
