Looking for Customer Service Brokers who loves problem solving and nurturing our clients.

Begin Insurance is a digital insurance brokerage currently looking for talented, dynamic brokers who are invested in their trade and in the relationships they have with their colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking insurance solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Utilize strong communication in understanding our client's unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and continuing education.
  • Responsible for Customer Service functions of Begin including but not limited to taking general customer service inquiries related to policy changes, payment issues, renewal business, remarketing, cross-selling and cancellations.
