Duties

  • Prepare and cook eggs according to established recipes and quality standards, including scrambled, fried, poached, and other styles
  • Maintain a clean and organized egg station, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in proper working order
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and optimal taste
  • Assemble egg dishes efficiently for timely service during busy hours
  • Follow all safety protocols and hygiene standards to uphold health regulations
  • Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and maintain smooth workflow
  • Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize waste while maximizing guest satisfaction

Experience

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for team collaboration
  • Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and adapt to evolving menu items
