CNG Insulation & Drywall Inc. is a fast-growing insulation and drywall contractor serving residential and commercial builders across the Greater Toronto Area. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated Sales Representative with proven experience in the construction industry to join our team.

Position Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with builders, developers, and general contractors, and promoting our full range of insulation and drywall services.

This role offers a competitive base salary, performance-based commission, and the opportunity to grow within a company that values initiative and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and project managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the GTA construction market.
  • Conduct site visits to secure leads and drawings, drawings are then passed on to our Estimator for quoting.
  • Represent CNG Insulation & Drywall with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales within the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of insulation, drywall, or related building materials is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (site visits required).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Compensation

  • Base Salary + Commission
  • Commission: Performance-based, uncapped earning potential
