The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Operations Efficiency Consultant
 to join our team on a project-by-project basis. If you have a proven track record in identifying operational bottlenecks, designing efficient workflows, and implementing practical solutions that drive business performance, we invite you to connect with us. What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of client's current operational processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop tailored strategies and actionable recommendations for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
  • Design and implement streamlined workflows, potentially integrating automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) where beneficial.
  • Collaborate closely with business owners and teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices in operational management and performance measurement.
  • Create clear documentation and provide training for sustainable operational improvements.

What You Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in operations management, business process improvement, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into practical insights and solutions.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro) and familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make) is an asset.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong client relationships.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently on diverse projects.
  • Experience working with Canadian SMBs or in a client-facing consulting role is highly valued.
