Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential clerical and administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
  • Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed.
  • Provide clerical support by preparing documents, filing paperwork, and organizing office supplies.
  • Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless workflow within the office environment.

Skills

  • Proficient in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to perform clerical duties efficiently while managing time effectively.
