Our Project Superintendents manage on-site field operations to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects while maintaining excellent working relationships with clients, labour and industry partners. You help foster a work environment that respects, develops and motivates employees at every level and promotes teamwork, personal responsibility and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Our Superintendents are critical members of our project delivery teams. Working with our stakeholders, which include field staff, clients and owner representatives, our Superintendents are responsible for the onsite delivery and administration of a variety of construction projects.

Candidates must have superior communication skills and a demonstrated track record in management of construction projects.
