The CFO Strategy & Enablement team plays a vital role in equipping CFO Group to enable RBC outperformance in everything we do. As part of COO, CFO Group, the CFO Strategy & Enablement team advances the delivery of the CFO Strategic Priorities and talent imperatives, by navigating change, fostering a culture of innovation and driving alignment across our Finance teams.
In this role you will shape and enable key strategic and operational priorities for CFO Group and drive high impact change across the function. If you are an outcomes-oriented critical thinker with an ability to drive results and craft and communicate a compelling strategic narrative, consider this opportunity to work together to accelerate the CFO Group evolution.

What will you do:
1) Shape, enable, and drive advancement of the CFO Group strategic priorities
Partner with senior leaders to translate the CFO Strategic Priorities to actionable initiatives and drive results
Craft and communicate a compelling strategic narrative through presentation materials for Senior Leaders
Lead the annual Finance Function Review, delivering insights and affirming forward looking priorities for the RBC Audit Committee
2) Lead activation, communications and change management for high-impact CFO initiatives
Design and implement communications and change activation planning for high-impact CFO initiatives
Lead team in implementing change activation and communication tactics across CFO Group
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
5+ years' experience with proven ability to drive change, execute programs
Skilled communicator with a demonstrated ability to simplify concepts and craft a strategic story through presentation materials
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to motivate, elicit feedback and drive productive discussion
Proven ability to manage complex high-visibility projects or programs with superior attention to detail
Proven consultancy, process improvement and problem-solving skills with an ability to partner cross functionally and globally
Advanced skills with PowerPoint/ Word/ Excel
Nice to Have
Finance function experience
Change management training, certification and/or experience
