About Us

Pemberton Holmes Property Management is one of Victoria's most trusted names in real estate and rental management. With a dedicated team and a people-first approach, we pride ourselves on providing professional, friendly, and reliable service to both property owners and tenants across Greater Victoria.

We're looking for a skilled Applicant who has an Accounting Background who is proficient in Buildium Property Management Software or Cloud Based Property Management Software to join our growing team in our Langford office.

This is a 1-Year Contract that could lead to full-time position once contract is complete.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accounting records within Buildium Property Management Software for multiple properties.
  • Reconcile accounts, process payments, and ensure compliance with trust accounting regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the accounting team to improve workflows and financial accuracy.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to staff on Buildium's accounting functions.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end reporting as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, with Buildium or a Cloud Based Property Management Software
  • Strong understanding of trust accounting and property management financials.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
