Currently we have an opportunity for Prepared Food Services Supervisor at our 1909 Lawrence Ave., East, Scarborough location. Your skills that we need for our team are:

· Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe

· Hire and onboard new staff and manage their performance

· Train employees on food and drinks preparation and proper use of equipment

· Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed

· Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses

· Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers' preferences

· Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service

· Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation

· Hands-on experience with professional food preparation equipment

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

· Certifications (e.g. in Business Administration or Hospitality) is a plus
