About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Level II Dental Assistant who can deliver outstanding clinical and administrative support. The ideal candidate will confidently assist in both general dentistry and complex specialty procedures while promoting our practice values and contributing positively to our team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence
- Assist with comprehensive new patient exams, including X-rays, professional photography, charting, and treatment planning.
- Deliver high-quality chairside assisting for general and specialty procedures (including complex cases).
- Utilize digital dentistry systems such as CEREC and Exocad for inlays, onlays, crowns, and bridges.
- Understand dental laboratory workflows and operate 3D printing equipment.
Patient Care & Communication
- Prepare and present high-quality, accurate treatment presentations.
- Send insurance estimates and communicate treatment plans with confidence and clarity.
- Maintain a 90%+ reappointment rate by supporting excellent patient experiences and follow-up.
Professionalism & Team Contribution
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- Exhibit strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Model professional behaviour and support a positive, respectful team environment.

What We're Looking For
- Certified Level II Dental Assistant (HARP certified).
- Experience with digital workflows (CEREC/Exocad) is strongly preferred.
