Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Fashion Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for style and trends, providing personalized fashion advice to customers while enhancing their shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Fashion Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert fashion advice and styling recommendations to customers based on their individual preferences and needs.
  • Engage with customers to understand their fashion requirements, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and showcase merchandise effectively to enhance customer interest.
  • Utilize technology sales techniques to promote new products and trends within the store.
  • Assist with merchandising efforts to create visually appealing displays that attract customers.
  • Maintain an organized work environment, ensuring the sales floor is tidy and well-stocked.
  • Employ effective time management skills to balance multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
  • Upsell products by identifying opportunities that align with customer interests during interactions.
  • Exhibit strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or through digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their style preferences and need.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining store standards.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
