We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team and support our physiotherapists in delivering exceptional patient care.Why choose Precision?

Your responsibilities would include:
- Assisting physiotherapists with patient care; including the use of modalities ( laser, TENS, Shockwave, Ultrasound etc
- Implement exercise and education programs for patient that focus on increasing mobility, pain relief, building strength, and improving balance
- Perform biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments under the mentorship and direction of a physiotherapist
- Tidy and maintain the clinic to the level of College Standards. These tasks would include laundry, cleaning machines, and additional tasks that contribute to an organized clinic.
- Record functional and subjective findings in client charts on a regular basis
- Maintenance and cleaning/sterilization of medical equipment
- Inventory of clinical supplies
Qualifications:
- PTA diploma or Bachelor in Kinesiology preferred
- Previous experience working within a clinic setting students and new grads welcome to apply).
- Personal, friendly demeanor with excellent relationship-building skills
- Basic computer and EMR knowledge is an asset.
