YOUR ROLEAs Metrix continues to grow and our industry is increasingly disrupted by technology and innovation, we're looking for a seasoned Director, Healthcare Strategy & Client Services to join our leadership team. You'll be responsible for leading one of our internal client service teams and driving account growth. This role combines strategic account leadership, business development, and team management to ensure excellence in client delivery, while also contributing to the Metrix's overall growth and success.We're looking for a smart, driven, confident leader who has experience managing and growing accounts in an agency environment. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGSales, Relationships, and Account Growth
• Serve as the senior point of contact for key client accounts; understanding objectives and consulting to recommend solutions that will have impact
• Set account targets and create/maintain an account plan; Grow accounts by identifying opportunities, leading proposal/SOW development, and participating in or leading sales presentations
• Maintain knowledge of industry and key account informationClient Project Management
• Consult and collaborate with internal project teams to build solutions that meet the requirements of identified client requirements
• Work with clients and internal project teams to identify and agree on project goals, roles, responsibilities, timelines, work effort and risk mitigation
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the duration of the project and relationship, and flag and resolve quality issues well-before they become a problemLeadership, Development and Collaboration
• Contribute to Metrix's strategic planning and direction
• Lead an existing team of high-performing individuals, as well as build out your team based on needs you identify
• Coach your team, building learning and leadership capabilities in both junior and senior members
• As a member of the senior leadership team, share your expertise company-wide, and contribute to leadership initiatives
• Demonstrate visible commitment to Metrix's mission, vision, values and business goals

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
• Master's Degree preferred
• 5 plus years of account management experience in a medical communications agency environment
• Experience building high performing teams and developing talent
• Ability to work with and consult to senior executives (VP level and above)
• Ability to simultaneously manage a team, multiple projects, client relationships, and internal initiatives while achieving revenue targets
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, agency-style environment, and focus on solutions
