What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems efficiently and accurately
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and courteously with clients, ensuring they understand the work being performed
  • Provide honest recommendations and clear explanations of repair options
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicle, and personal appearance consistent with The Gentlemen Pros' standards
  • Uphold our company values of respect, honesty, and craftsmanship in every customer interaction

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven mechanical aptitude and solid technical knowledge
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
  • 3rd year apprentice to Journeyperson
  • Bonus points for boiler and HVAC experience
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a desire to continually learn and improve
