About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated
Chef
to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience overseeing daily kitchen activities — from menu creation to ordering and execution. Initially this will be a seasonal role, but we are hoping to make it year round in the next year.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and create menus that align with our concept and seasonal availability
  • Manage food ordering, inventory, and kitchen supplies efficiently
  • Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation standards
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor costs and minimize waste while maintaining quality
  • Support a culture of teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience running a kitchen
    , including menu creation and ordering
  • Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure in a
    fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration and quality
