Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.

  • Engage in negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that enhance service visibility.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on business development activities, providing insights for strategic planning.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the temp labor or staffing industry.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Background in marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships.
