Job Overview

We are launching a Korean beauty skincare brand and we're on the hunt for a Social Media Manager who's bursting with creativity, excels at connecting with people, and truly loves skincare. If you're passionate about crafting scroll-stopping content, building epic influencer collabs, and running our social channels like a pro, this is your chance.

What You'll Do:

  • Create Jaw-Dropping Content: Write, create, edit, and post content that makes our audience hit that like button. Think catchy captions, awesome graphics, and videos that spark engagement.
  • Rule Our Social Universe: Own all our social channels—keep them buzzing with fresh posts, reply to comments, and make sure our brand's vibe is on point. You'll track what's working and tweak as you go.
  • Link Up with Influencers: Hunt down awesome influencers for brand deals, seal the partnerships, and manage those collabs to bring our story to new audiences. You're the matchmaker of our brand's big moments
  • Team Up on Marketing Magic: Jump in with other team members to create visuals, ads, or anything else our social channels need to stand out from the crowd.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Spot trends, tackle random tasks, and keep our social presence fresh, fun, and totally us.
  • Random Tasks: May learn to develop and execute paid ad strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and our ecommerce site. Collaborate with the founders to integrate social media efforts with e-commerce strategies.

Who You Are:

  • You've got 1+ years of social media experience and know platforms inside out.
  • You're a wizard at recording video/audio and using editing tools.
  • You're a people person with killer communication skills.
  • You have a never give up attitude, endless amounts of energy, and prioritize success over life/work balance.
  • You're bursting with ideas and can turn a blank screen into a viral moment.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all content produced.
  • Interest in AI tools to make work efficient.
  • Ability and aptitude to learn on the go.
  • Willingness to travel to Korea to learn about all things Kbeauty.
  • You have a strong passion for great skincare.
