The Opportunity
Leavitt Industrial Group is looking for an experienced
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Environment Specialist
to join our team in
Coquitlam, British Columbia
. As the D365 F&O Environment Specialist you will design, provision, secure, monitor, and cost-optimize the Azure/LCS hosting footprint. You will also streamline build and release pipelines, and keep environments healthy for continuous delivery under Microsoft's One Version update model.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the D365 F&O Environment Specialist your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and maintaining environment topology, sizing, regions, HA/DR, and cost models
• Provisioning and decommissioning environments through LCS and Power Platform, defining standards for naming, tagging, and access
• Managing environment refreshes, data masking, and golden configuration/data sets
• Ensuring infrastructure readiness for Dataverse/Dual-write, DIXF, BYOD, Data Lake exports, and downstream analytics (Synapse/Fabric/Power BI)
• Maintaining secure connectivity for third-party integrations (VPN/ExpressRoute, private endpoints, API Management).
• Managing ERP user security, including role-based access, onboarding and offboarding, and segregation of duties
• Building monitoring dashboards and alerts with LCS, Application Insights, and Log Analytics (KQL)

Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• 4 to 7 years of prior work experience in cloud/platform engineering with Azure
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience managing D365 F&O environments
• Deep understanding of F&O architecture and release workflows
• Prior ERP administration experience (user access, security roles, onboarding/offboarding)
• Strong Azure fundamentals, including VNets, NSGs, Private Link, VPN/ExpressRoute, Storage, Key Vault, Monitoring
• Hands-on experience with LCS, Power Platform, Azure DevOps (Repos/Pipelines/Artifacts), RSAT, and F&O package deployment preferred

The base pay range for this role is: $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience.
