Establish unified methodologies, compliance frameworks, and reporting standards that guide cross-regional teams and external partners.
  • Lead Test Report Governance and Final Release
  • Serve as the accountable authority for final validation reports, integrating data from internal benches, external labs, and headquarter review teams in Germany. Ensure that every release meets technical integrity, regulatory compliance, and company-wide quality expectations.
  • Lead Multidisciplinary and Cross-Border Collaboration
  • Direct large-scale, multi-team collaborations across R&D, quality, safety, and supplier ecosystems, ensuring technical integration, risk mitigation, and alignment of test operations with global supply chain and product strategies.
  • Orchestrate Internal and External Resource Ecosystem
  • Oversee and optimize the use of both internal Canadian test assets and external test laboratories, driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and consistency of results. Develop frameworks for selecting, qualifying, and managing external partners to ensure world-class validation outcomes.
  • Establish and Standardize Global Test Methods
  • Drive the development, harmonization, and deployment of advanced measurement protocols across Canada and Germany. Ensure test methods not only meet internal requirements but also shape local industry standards and regulatory benchmarks for lithium-ion safety and performance.

  • Advise Executive Leadership and Represent Company Globally
  • Act as the principal technical advisor to executive management on validation readiness, safety implications, and long-term battery technology strategy. Represent the company in external forums, contributing to international technical standards and reinforcing the company's leadership in the global energy sustainability goals.
