About Us

Injex Beauty Clinics (Yorkville & Oakville) is a modern medical aesthetics brand specializing in injectables. We're looking for a reliable, confident team member to handle a mix of front-desk coordination and lead follow-up.

This role requires in-person availability and weekday mornings.

Role Overview

You'll support the clinic by greeting clients, answering calls, managing bookings, and following up with new and existing leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients + assist with clinic flow
  • Answer calls, messages & book appointments
  • Call new leads quickly
  • Follow up with inactive clients and no-shows
  • Update JaneApp & CRM notes
  • Support practitioners with light admin

Requirements

  • Available 5-6 days/week
  • Comfortable calling leads
  • Strong communication & organization
  • Friendly, professional, reliable
  • Experience in aesthetics, beauty, or customer service is an asset
  • Able to work in-person (Yorkville)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
