Job Overview

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Snow Shovellers to join our team this winter. As a Snow Shoveller, you'll be responsible for clearing walkways, sidewalks, stairs, and other areas that cannot be plowed, as well as salting designated surfaces to ensure safe access for our clients.

This is a physically demanding, on-call position that requires dedication, reliability, and the ability to work in harsh winter conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Shovel snow from walkways, sidewalks, steps, and other non-plowable areas.
  • Apply salt or de-icing products as instructed.
  • Work as part of a team alongside plow operators and other shovellers.
  • Follow schedules and instructions provided via a mobile app or team leader.
  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness while working in icy and low-visibility conditions.
  • Provide consistent, professional, and efficient service during snow events.
