We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team in the food production industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, packaging, and customer service. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety while providing excellent service to our customers.

Terms of Employment:

· Full time or Part time (must be available days, evenings & weekends)

Duties

  • Assist in food production and preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
  • Package food items efficiently and accurately for distribution or sale.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with product selection.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines within the kitchen and production areas.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the food industry or culinary environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience in food handling, preparation, packaging, and meat cutting is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
