Responsibilities
Lead Management & Pipeline Growth
- Manage all leads from initial contact to close, ensuring a consistent and personalized experience.
- Maintain and track daily metrics: inbound lead calls, emails, demos booked, and meetings held.
- Proactively build your outbound pipeline to exceed monthly MRR and revenue targets.
- Utilize HubSpot effectively to maintain accurate data and pipeline hygiene.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, increase productivity, and optimize outreach.
Product Knowledge & Customer Experience
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge throughout demos, onboarding, and client interactions.
- Drive retention by delivering an exceptional onboarding experience and providing ongoing value.
- Be proactive and responsive when clients reach out, ensuring timely, accurate answers.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate within the rental and property management industry.
- Execute a seamless handoff to the Support and Success teams post-onboarding to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Located within a commutable distance of Calgary, AB.
- Minimum of 2 years of closing experience with a proven track record in outbound calling, email, and multi-channel outreach.
- Previous SaaS or enterprise software sales experience, with examples of closing deals between $100–$2K MRR.
- Experience selling a platform solution to SMB or mid-market clients.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and recognition through awards
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Experience selling to real estate investors, property managers, or agents is a plus.
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- A collaborative team player and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
