Job Responsibilities:

  • Document production and review.
  • Monitor project progress and costs and reserves.
  • Facilitate project coordination and completion.
  • Communicate with Project Managers, Clients and Vendors.
  • Preparing the file for invoicing once job is complete. This include ensuring all necessary costs are entered along with supporting documents.
  • Additional data entry or clerical work as required.

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience.
  • Bookkeeping experience is an asset.
  • Computer proficiency including familiarity with Microsoft Office & Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Superior communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to function as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Model (Flexible) - Remote/Hybrid/On-site

Salary: $22 -$26 per hour (based on experience)
