Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Seasonal Sales Associate located in Etobicoke, ON. The Seasonal Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions about products and services, providing excellent customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. The role also involves processing transactions, handling returns, and staying up-to-date with promotions and sales events.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of consumer electronics, computers, and entertainment products
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Retail experience is preferred but not required
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
