Ce que tu feras (et feras bien) :
- Gérer les réceptions, transferts et inventaires dans notre système de gestion des stocks.
- Surveiller les expéditions, résoudre les pépins et garder nos partenaires logistiques (3PL) sur le bon tempo.
- Donner un coup de main sur la facturation, les rapports et la doc interne.
- Assurer le réapprovisionnement parfait de nos magasins (pas de pénurie de boxers ici)
- Optimiser les processus d'entrepôt pour gagner du temps (et de la place).
- Garder l'entrepôt organisé et sécuritaire , un espace propre, clair et efficace.
- Collaborer avec les équipes Opérations, Supply Chain et Retail pour garantir que tout arrive au bon endroit, au bon moment.
- Participer à l'amélioration continue : on aime les gens qui voient des solutions avant les problèmes
Ce qu'on cherche :
- 2+ ans d'expérience en opérations, logistique, chaîne d'approvisionnement ou dans un rôle où rien ne t'échappe.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail — tu remarques ce que les autres ne voient pas.
- À l'aise dans un environnement rapide et en mouvement, tu sais jongler entre les priorités sans perdre ton calme (ni ton sens de l'humour).
- Solides aptitudes en communication et esprit d'équipe — tu sais collaborer avec plusieurs équipes et fuseaux horaires sans friction.
- Bonne maîtrise d'Excel ou Google Sheets pour le suivi, les rapports et les prévisions.

What you'll do (and do well):
- Manage receiving, transfers, and inventory in our stock management system (Finale).
- Monitor shipping performance, troubleshoot issues, and keep our 3PL partners on track.
- Support billing, reporting, and process documentation.
- Coordinate store replenishment, no boxer shortages on your watch.
- Optimize warehouse processes for smoother, faster operations.
- Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and efficient, clean space, clear mind.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Retail teams to make sure everything gets where it needs to go, on time.
- Jump in on continuous improvement projects, we love people who see solutions before problems.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a similar "get-things-done" role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you catch what others miss.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to juggle priorities without losing your cool (or your sense of humor).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, you know how to collaborate across teams and time zones.
- Confident using Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and forecasting.
